Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing from Easement Ready. Here's how refunds work.
When We'll Refund
We will issue a full refund within 30 days of purchase in either of these situations:
- Your report wasn't delivered. If you completed the questionnaire and paid, but never received your report due to a technical issue on our end, you're entitled to a full refund.
- A clear technical failure. If a bug caused your questionnaire to fail, your data to be lost, or your report to be generated incorrectly, we'll make it right — either by fixing the problem or issuing a refund, your choice.
Discretionary Refunds
If you're genuinely dissatisfied with the Service for reasons beyond a technical failure, reach out to us. We handle these case by case. We'd rather you leave satisfied than fight over the charge.
When We Won't Refund
We don't issue refunds after substantial use of the Service. Specifically, we won't issue a refund if:
- You have downloaded your PDF report more than once or shared it with others.
- More than 30 days have passed since your purchase.
We also don't refund based on disagreement with the fair-value estimate range. The estimates are educational, based on general data, and are explicitly not appraisals. If you were surprised by the range, we're happy to discuss what went into it — but that's not grounds for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@easementready.com with "Refund request" in the subject line and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within two business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
