Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Easement Ready (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Easement Ready LLC, a Georgia limited liability company.

Use of the Service

Easement Ready provides educational information about utility easements, road easements, and related topics affecting landowners. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the Service to provide legal advice to others, to resell or redistribute our content, or in any manner that violates applicable law.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the paid review service. By purchasing, you represent that you are the landowner or authorized representative of the landowner whose easement offer is being reviewed.

Disclaimer of Legal Advice

Easement Ready is an educational tool. It does not provide legal advice, and nothing on this site or in any report we produce creates an attorney-client relationship. The information and estimates provided are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney or a certified real estate appraiser. We strongly encourage you to consult a licensed attorney before signing any easement agreement.

The fair-value estimates produced by the review service are based on publicly available land value data and general easement compensation principles. They are ranges, not appraisals. They are not guaranteed to reflect the fair market value of your specific property or easement rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easement Ready LLC and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any information or estimates it provides. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

In no event will our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Refunds

Our refund policy is described separately at easementready.com/legal/refund-policy. By purchasing, you agree to that policy.

California Exclusion

The paid review service is not available to residents of California at this time. California residents may access the free library content, but are ineligible to purchase the paid review. If you are a California resident, you may join our waitlist to be notified when the service becomes available in your state.

Intellectual Property

All content on Easement Ready — including articles, tools, report templates, and design — is the property of Easement Ready LLC and is protected by copyright. You may share links to our content and quote brief passages for non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercialize our content without written permission.

Privacy

Our use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Henry County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
